In-line system for fully automated sealing and blank assembly. Both kinds of sealing can be accomplished with AuSn sealing (produced by Cross Osaka) and seam sealing (produced by Nippon Avionics). The entire line can function without stopping for maintenance or in the event of an issue due to a buffer function that is installed between the machines.
In the event of maintenance or other issues, the buffer function between the machines allows work to be done without stopping the entire line. The line can be set up as a straight line based on the facility's layout. Depending on the facility's layout, U- and L-shaped line layouts are possible.
