The quartz device adhesive is cured in magazines arranged in trays in an N2 atmosphere using far-infrared plate heaters under carefully regulated temperature settings. Shutters are installed at both entry and exit points to minimize the amount of N2 gas consumed, and a walking beam system is used to move the trays, suppressing dust.
