Established by separating from Kinsekisha Research Institute, Ltd.'s measurement application equipment department.
1966
Released a series of frequency counters.
1967
Co-developed the automatic quartz crystal frequency tuning system with Showa Shinku Co., Ltd.
Launched automated manufacture of quartz crystal units.
1969
Developed a continuous measuring device for quartz crystal temperature measurements.
1970~

Released high-precision frequency measuring equipment (quartz timer) for quartz watches.
1978
Developed a fully automatic frequency trimming system for tuning forks and crystals.
1979
Developed and mass-produced the MCF fully automated adjustment system.
Completed the tuning fork quartz crystal blank automatic sorting machine and entered the mechatronics industry on a large scale.

Developed and launched sales of programmable ATT for optical cables.
Began OEM supply of rubidium standard frequency to NEC Corporation (NEC).

Released an automatic sorting equipment for completed AT quartz crystals.
Delivered 10,000 quartz timers.

Launched the industry's fastest DLD inspection system and final tester.

Developed fully automated wafer measurement equipment and began the front-end process at full scale.
